Search Beaver County Traffic Records Through ODCR
Beaver County uses the ODCR (On Demand Court Records) system for online access to court records. You can run a free basic search at odcr.com. Search by name or case number to find traffic cases filed with the District Court. Free access shows case status, party names, and filing dates.
To view full document images, an ODCR subscription is required. Plans cost $5 per month, $25 for three months, or $55 per year. A subscription gives you access to document images for all ODCR counties in the state, not just Beaver County. If all you need is to confirm whether a case exists or what the current status is, the free tier works fine. For certified copies of documents, contact the court clerk directly at the courthouse in Beaver.
The ODCR system shows records for traffic, criminal, civil, small claims, and probate cases. Traffic cases typically use the TR designation in the case number. Records are kept for five years after the case is resolved for traffic violations. Older cases may require a direct request to the clerk's office.
The OSCN system overview at oscn.net gives context on how Oklahoma court record access works statewide. The screenshot shows the general portal used by the state court system for online access.
While Beaver County uses ODCR rather than OSCN, both systems follow the same open access rules under Oklahoma law for public court records.
Note: New filings in ODCR can take a day or two to appear after the clerk enters them at the courthouse.
Traffic Enforcement in Beaver County
The Beaver County Sheriff's Office is the main traffic enforcement agency for the county. Deputies patrol county roads and the major state highways that run through the Panhandle. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol also issues citations on state routes in the area. Both send citations to the District Court in Beaver for processing.
Beaver County covers a wide geographic area with long stretches of highway and few towns. Traffic stops on these rural roads can involve speeding, commercial vehicle violations, or improper passing. Because the Panhandle sees heavy truck traffic, commercial vehicle inspections and weight violations also come through the county court. Citations from the Sheriff and from OHP are public records once filed. You can search them through ODCR or at the courthouse.
Accident reports from county road crashes are available through the Sheriff's Office. Contact the office during business hours and provide the date, location, and parties involved. Fees apply for copies. Allow several business days for the report to be ready.

The ODCR interface allows name and case number searches for Beaver County and other non-OSCN counties across Oklahoma.
Beaver City Municipal Court
The City of Beaver has a municipal court for traffic tickets and ordinance violations inside city limits. This court is separate from the county system. If a Beaver city police officer issued your ticket, your case is at municipal court, not the District Court. Beaver Municipal Court is located at Beaver City Hall. You can pay fines in person or by mail.
Municipal court is a court not of record. If you want to appeal a ruling, the appeal goes to the Beaver County District Court for a full new trial. For questions about city traffic fines and court dates, contact the city directly at beaverok.com.
Note: City traffic tickets do not appear in ODCR. If an ODCR search finds no results for a citation, it may be a city ticket handled by municipal court instead.
